Tasting is believing! Throughout the program, you’ll sip and snack on a variety of cold and hot sakes, edamame, tempura, sashimi and sushi. Classes are held from 6:30-8:30PM. Class size is limited so make your reservation today!

- SUSHISAMBA is your 2009 Inauguration Station! Come celebrate the change on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, as SUSHISAMBA honors the presidential inauguration with a patriotic party in red, white and blue. Republicans and Democrats alike can join together to promote this year’s theme: “Renewing America’s Promise,” with aperitivo and cocktail specials at the bar all night. SUSHISAMBA will showcase a live broadcast of the Inaugural Address as the country takes a fresh step forward. The inauguration menu will showcase Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culinary influences as well as three specialty cocktails – Red, White and Blue. Afterwards, stay late for a very special COSPLAY INAUGURATION party. The best red, white and blue costume will take the cash prize!
