At SUSHISAMBA, our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and our Guest Recognition Program is our way of celebrating the people who choose to share their time, their moments, and their meals with us again and again.

This isn’t a points system or a traditional rewards program. It’s a reflection of your ongoing relationship with us, growing naturally with each visit.

Our aim is simple: every time you return, your experience should feel familiar, personal, and effortlessly elevated.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the vibrant energy, bold flavors, and warm hospitality that make SUSHISAMBA uniquely yours.

Program Year

Recognition is shaped across our annual calendar, running from April 1 through March 31.

  • Your visits during this period determine your recognition level
  • Your earned tier carries into the following year
  • Visit counts reset at the start of each new program year
  • If you reach a higher tier mid‑year, it will immediately replace your previous tier, and the new recognition will apply


How Recognition Works

Your recognition is linked to your personal dining profile and is automatically applied when:

  • A reservation is made under your name
  • You’re present at the table
  • Your visit is completed

Benefits for each tier begin on the visit after you qualify.


Your Experience

Your recognition is designed to enhance your time with us. Depending on your tier, this may include:

  • Priority access to reservations
  • Greater flexibility with booking requests
  • Welcome touches from our kitchen or bar
  • Invitations to select experiences

Some elements are outlined, while others are curated by our team and may vary from visit to visit.


Dining & Reservations

Recognition applies to dining reservations and is intended for tables of up to eight guests unless otherwise noted.

Recognition does not apply:

  • To walk‑ins
  • To bar‑only visits
  • When the reservation isn’t made under your profile

Experiences such as Rio After Dark may be offered alongside dining and are subject to availability. All food and beverages are charged at standard menu prices.


Personal to You

Recognition is personal and non‑transferable.

To maintain the integrity of the program:

  • The qualifying guest must be present
  • Reservations must be made under the eligible guest’s profile
  • Bookings made on behalf of others, without the guest attending, will not receive recognition


Eligibility

The program does not apply to:

  • Third‑party or agency bookings not linked to a guest profile
  • Private hire or event bookings, unless otherwise agreed
  • Current or former staff members


Availability & Discretion

Recognition is always offered with consideration for the overall restaurant experience.

  • Benefits are subject to availability and operational discretion
  • Certain elements – including seating preferences or experiential touches – may vary depending on the evening
  • Recognition cannot be guaranteed on every visit


A Considered Approach

To preserve the spirit of the program:

  • Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged
  • Misuse of the program, including repeated cancellations or inappropriate use of bookings, may result in removal of recognition
  • SUSHISAMBA may amend or withdraw the program at any time
