Opening in late 2025 on the first floor of the iconic Torre Velasca, SUSHISAMBA Milan will introduce its vibrant blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian culture and cuisine to the heart of the city. Just steps from the Duomo Cathedral, Torre Velasca is one of Milan’s most recognizable landmarks—an architectural gem built between 1956 and 1958 by the renowned Studio BBPR (Banfi, Belgioioso, Peressutti, and Rogers). This spacious new location will include a striking bar, a dynamic main dining room, an intimate private dining space, in addition to SAMBAROOM—our best-kept secret—featuring its own scintillating bar for up to 30 guests.
