Together, they will showcase a four-course menu featuring six dishes and a welcome cocktail, celebrating the depth and diversity of Peru’s culinary heritage. The menu highlights two distinct interpretations of Peruvian flavors, complemented by SUSHISAMBA’s signature Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences.
